Take the Community Health Survey

Akron Children’s Hospital, Akron General Health System and Summa Health System have joined forces to conduct a community health assessment of their core service areas.

Residents of Summit, Portage, Stark, Wayne and Medina counties are encouraged to complete this anonymous survey to be used by our health systems, public health agencies, and other community organizations to better serve their needs.  A full community health report will be available to the public by the end of 2010. This survey will be available until August 20, 2010.
